The set is built within a 1,000 seat venue with the stage built around a real train track which features a real life size, 60-tonne moving steam train, making this show an immersive and amazing experience for all the family. The railway children, Bobby, Peter and Phyllis tell their story of how they became the railway children through their adventures that you get to see and enjoy in this breath-taking show. The children’s lives chance when their father is taken away mysteriously and they move from London to a rural Yorkshire village with their mother. This is where their railway adventure begins when they become friends with the local railway porter and start a journey of magical discovery, friendship and fun. But will their father ever come back and where is he now?

The play is running now until the 8th January 2017 where it will make its final farewell so make sure you don’t miss your chance to see the outstanding play.
