Full Cast Revealed for Gloria at Hampstead Theatre

Full casting has been announced for the UK premiere of Branden Jacobs-Jenkins’ Gloria at Hampstead Theatre. Among them are Colin Morgan, Ellie Kendrick, Kae Alexander, Sian Clifford, and Bayo Gbadamosi.

A finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 2016, Gloria follows a group of ruthless editorial assistants for a notorious Manhattan magazine; they all contend for their bosses’ jobs and a book deal before they’re thirty.

Meet Gloria‘s cast and creatives

Prior to playing at Gloria at Hampstead Theatre, Colin Morgan’s theatre credits include Mojo at Harold Pinter Theatre; The Tempest at Shakespeare’s Globe; and Our Private Life at Royal Court. His TV appearances include The Living and the DeadHumans, and The Fall. Morgan is also in upcoming films The Happy Prince and Waiting For You.

Ellie Kendrick was recently in Cyrano de Bergerac at Southwark Playhouse, Pests, and The Low Road. Her recent television credits include Game of ThronesMisfits, and Chickens. Kendrick was also on films The LevellingWhisky Galore, and Love is Thicker than Water.

Kae Alexander performed in several theatre productions including Peter Pan at Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre and The Internet is Serious Business at the Royal Court. She was also in TV shows such as UncleFleabag, and Game of Thrones. Furthermore, Alexander has a role in the film Ready Player One, which is scheduled for release next year.

Sian Clifford has been in Time and the Conways at Nottingham PlayhouseFever at Jermyn Street Theatre, and Good Clean Fun at Soho Theatre. Additionally, his TV credits include FleabagMidsomer Murders, and Dark Matters. Meanwhile, Clifford’s film credits are The CommunistsPaddyThe Other Me, and more.

Bayo Gbadamosi’s theatre credits include I See You at the Royal Court, Little Revolution at Almeida, and Mad About the Boy at the Unicorn Theatre, Bush Theatre, and Young Vic. He was also on TV shows SwarmDoctor Who, and Casualty.

Finally, Branden Jacobs-Jenkins’ credits include the forthcoming production Everybody at the Signature Theatre, War at Lincoln Center Theater, and Obie Award-winning Appropriate at Signature Theatre. He recently received the MacArthur Fellowship, the Windham-Campbell Prize for Drama, and the Benjamin Danks Award from the American Academy of Arts and Letters.
