The musical’s story is about the launch of Britain’s first pay-to-view religious channel as American evangelist, Reverend Bobby Del La Ray persuades legendary British rock star and devout Christian, Rex Bedderman, to co-host. But when the Reverend encounters serious money troubles, he had to resort to broadcasting hardcore porn. The show has been described as a “sacrilegious musical comedy that puts a spin on evangelical television”.
