  1. What does the Hotel price include?

All the facilities listed under the room type are included in the room price. You can see if breakfast or anything else, such as taxes, are included as this will show within the Room Type you have selected. This information will also be in your confirmation email and saved within your Account profile if you have created one.

 

 

  1. How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

As soon as you have selected the room type, added the room to your cart and completed your purchase, a confirmation page appears. This page shows all of your reservation details, including the booking number. We also send you a confirmation email with all your booking information. If you have created a Box Office Theatre profile, you can also access this to find your booking at any time.

 

 

  1. Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Unfortunately not, all Hotels booked through Box Office Theatre cannot be changes and are non-refundable, please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information on this.

 

 

  1. Where can I find the contact information for the property?

You can find out more information on the Hotel within the “About Hotel” section once you have clicked on a specific hotel. However, if you would like further information, please refer to the website of that particular hotel.

Once you have booked, you can see the property’s contact details in your online booking confirmation. Your confirmation email will also have this information, and you can see it saved in your profile if you have registered with Box Office Theatre.

 

 

  1. How can I see how much it will cost?

Once you have entered the dates of your stay, the available accommodation types are listed, with the rates clearly displayed next to them. You might see that the same accommodation type has a different rate based on how many people are staying, and whether or not breakfast is included.

 

 

  1. I am entering my credit card details, when will I pay?

The payment process for your stay will be taken at the point of booking and is non-cancellable or refundable. Please refer to our terms and conditions page for more details.

 

 

  1. Where can I find the contact information for the property?

Once you have booked, you can see the property’s contact details in your online booking confirmation. Your confirmation email will also have this information, and you can see it saved in your profile if you have registered your details with Box Office Theatre.

 

  1. How can I see how much it will cost?

Once you have entered the dates of your stay, the available accommodation types are listed, with the rates clearly displayed next to them. You might see that the same accommodation type has a different rate based on how many people are staying, whether or not breakfast is included.

 

 

  1. Can I search by price?

Yes you can. Search as usual for a destination and enter your check in and out dates.  Once you have your search results, just choose to sort the results by clicking on the “Filter results” dropdown arrow.

 

 

  1. Can I search for a place based on the star rating of the hotel?

Yes, you can narrow your search once you have entered yourcheck in and out dates.  Once you have your search results, just choose to sort the results by clicking on the “Filter results” dropdown arrow and select the star rating of Hotel that you would like to search by.

 

 

  1. Can I search a Hotel by Distance to the Theatre?

Yes, our system will automatically default to show you how close in proximity the hotel is to your chosen Theatre. Once you have your search results, just choose to sort the results by clicking on the “Filter results” dropdown arrow and select the distance in miles by clicking on the “Distance” drop down box.

 

 

  1. I'm looking for accommodation suitable for a family. How do I find it?

There are 2 ways you can search for family accommodation:

  1. When entering your destination in the search box, you can indicate the number of guests (adults and children) you are travelling with. The results shown will then be limited to those that can match your specific requirements.
  2. After you select your destination and the dates of your stay, a list of available properties will be displayed. Look for the list of filters on this page, and here you can choose family rooms.

 

 

  1. We have children; can we get extra beds/cots in the room?

We advise calling the hotel prior to arrival to guarantee any special requests. You will find the hotel’s contact information in your confirmation email.

  1. What's the difference between a Double room and a Twin room?

A Double Room has one double bed and a Twin Room has 2 single beds. If a room is called Double/Twin, it can usually be set up for either type. 

 

 

  1. I will be arriving earlier/later than the stated check-in time. Can I still check-in?

You can request an early/late check-in by contacting the Hotel directly, using the contact details found in your booking confirmation.

Please note that the property cannot always accommodate this request; they will be happy to let you have your room early if there is availability. It's always best to check with the property directly in this case, to avoid any disappointment.

 

 

  1. What are the check-in and check-out times of a hotel?

Check-in and check-out times differ for each hotel. You will find them on the "Hotel Policies" section at the bottom of the hotel page as well as in your confirmation email. Alternatively you can go to the Hotel website directly for more information regarding this.

 

 

  1. How do I get more information about the room or hotel facilities?

We are limited by how much information we can provide. If you want to understand more about each room type, simply refer to the Hotel’s website itself for more details.

 

 

  1. I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

A late check-out can only be arranged with the hotel and usually depends on availability at the time of your stay. You can ask about the possibility at reception upon arrival.

 

 

  1. I want a smoking room however I can only choose a non-smoking room. How can I request a smoking room?

          If there are no smoking rooms listed it means that the hotel does not allow smoking in rooms.
