Wicked is the phenomenal West End show now at the Apollo Victoria Theatre in London. Packed with show stopping songs and dazzling costumes, the hit musical has cast a spell over the audiences, as the atmosphere and on stage action is outstanding.
Based on the novel by Gregory Maguire, Wicked is the back story to The Wizard of Oz. A lot happened at Oz before Dorothy arrived, and Wicked tells the tale of the Glinda the Good Witch and the Wicked Witch of the West in their youth. Their profound friendship as young sorcery students is unlikely considering how much they hate each other later on in life. Discover the adventures in Oz that ultimately lead them to be good and bad. Since it first began in 2003, Wicked has won over 90 international awards, and to this day the huge theatre is jam packed most nights of the week. It is the 19th longest running show in West End history and has been seen by over 7 million people.
This hit musical is now at the Apollo Victoria Theatre in the Westminster district of London. It has hosted many long-running hit musicals, and the marine-themed, art deco former cinema continues to impress audiences. Starring Emma Hatton as Elphaba opposite Savannah Stevenson as Glinda, Wicked is simply an unmissable West End sensation.

The musical tells the story of the two witches who will become Glinda the Good and the Wicked Witch of the West. In this subversive retelling of the familiar story of Oz, the green-skinned Elphaba is a well-meaning outcast just trying to do the right thing, while the extroverted Glinda is just trying to be popular. The two meet in school, where their relationship and their lives take a number of startling turns.
Wicked The Musical has won numerous awards, including an Olivier Award for Most Popular Show, two Olivier Audience Awards and three WhatsOnStage Awards for 'Best West End Show'.
